The name Corpore Sano is taken from the Latin aphorism Mens Sana In Corpore Sano which translates to ” A Healthy Mind in a Healthy Body”.

Corpore Sano CrossFit (or Healthy Body Crossfit) is passionate about helping everyday people achieve the most out of their bodies. Whether that be improving your overall health, taking your chosen sport to the next level or just getting a good work out  with constant variation in a in well supervised, fun and social environment- we can be the KEY to achieving your goals.

Corpore Sano CrossFit provides some of the most qualified trainers in the CrossFit Industry (see more on ABOUT US).

Our goal in to take everyday people from all walks of life and make them the strongest, fittest, fastest and most supple human being they can be. We use a combination of training methodologies that test strength, endurance, coordination and body weight ability. Many call this strength and conditioning, but we call it ‘CrossFit’ as we believe it combines the two perfectly.

Our members are some of the coolest kids we know. We hang out together, eat far too much Burger Burger, have a beer or 6 on the weekends. We enjoy brunch just as much as the next person, inhale coffee like its oxygen and take over the odd dance floor now and then.

We celebrate everyone’s success and encourage one another when times are tough We only count calories on the rower, we don’t do crunches and we don’t sit on machines. We move efficiently and our bodies constantly adapt to the stresses we place on them.

The way our bodies look is a reflection of the time, sweat, energy and mental drive we have invested in them.
